What was unanimous throughout the entire Safety team was the professionalism and exceptional customer service the NSW Charter team, headed by Christos and supervisor Mohammad provided to our clients and staff.

From the moment Christos stepped onsite he knew our event inside and out. All guards were in position well before rostered times, all staff were happy, pleasant, smiling and enjoying their tasks at hand. In addition to all being incredible friendly many assisted with other tasks of radioing when stocks at the doors were running low, and handing out of lanyards, show bags & catalogues to our visitors. This was never asked of them but something they all took the initiative to do.

Having a team like this onsite installs enormous confidence for us knowing that the job will always be addressed and get done to a high standard.

We look forward to working with this team again in the new year. Pass on our compliments please to ALL who worked on this event with us.

The customer service they all provided was like an extension of the kind of service we ourselves like to provide.

The MCCD project is being delivered as a Public Private Partnership (PPP) under the Partnerships Victoria Policy.

Plenary Conventions has entered into a 25 year contract with the State of Victoria to design, build, own and manage the new Melbourne Convention Centre and existing Melbourne Exhibition Centre. An element of the services to be provided by Plenary Conventions under the PPP is security and emergency management services.

Since 2008, Charter Security has delivered the security and emergency management services in a professional manner, through a responsive on-site and management team who have always been available to meet with Plenary Conventions, Brookfield Multiplex Services, MCET and key stakeholders whenever required.

I am please to recognise Charter Security as a significant partner in the success of the MCCD project to date.

Letter of Recommendation - Charter Security
