Mike Ramsay – Executive Director
Mike has over 30 years experience in the security industry. He commenced with a small company, Spartan Security, and went on to hold various National positions with Mayne Nickless Security Divisions, MSS, Patrols, Alarms and Guard Services.
In 1996 Mike formed Charter Security Group with the desire to create a different level of security experience for clients.

Neil Haines – Executive Director
Neil joined Charter Security in 1998 after a diverse career including 20 years service with the Australian Defence Force. During this period he worked extensively in military intelligence and on joint ventures with both ASIO and ASIS.
In 1988 Neil left the ADF to accept a role as Security and Safety Manager for Sheraton Hotels. He later joined Country Road Clothing as the Company Risk Manager.
Neil has extensive experience in risk management, retail operations and Occupational Health & Safety, which enhances the Charter Security strategic support to our clients.

Sean Goldrick – Executive Director
Sean Goldrick entered the security industry in 1990 and worked as Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager for various security companies. Sean has experience not only in the provision of security services but also in contributing to the needs of our client base through the design and implementation of appropriate systems and policies to identify and minimise risk.
Sean joined Charter Security as Director of Operations in 1996. He has wide experience in the management of security operations and personnel, which is supported by his successful completion of a Diploma of Security Management and Diploma of Business. |
